History, Traditions and Kindness at the heart of our identity

A rustic, homey environment equipped with all modern comforts for a relaxing holiday.

An accessible, eco-sustainable facility in line with Sardinia’s beautiful nature and local culture. A landmark for those seeking comfort and well-being, but also flavours, traditions and leisure opportunities at hand. Domus De Janas is all this and much more

Our bed & breakfast was born in 2006, when we shaped the dream of giving a second life to our parents’ house at the heart of Gonnesa. Thanks to the support of local architects, designers and artists each room was renovated and enriched with unique details: double-glazed windows offer a warm sound-proof environment; rooms with their original exposed wall stones, sheltered with 100% natural materials such as local lime and sand; vintage wooden furniture to feel as in your childhood days spent with grandparents, LED lights, LCD TV, air conditioning.

We are eager to welcome you: book your holiday at Domus De Janas!

Hello, we are Andrea and Veronica, the young owners of Domus De Janas who decided to turn their love for hospitality into their full-time job. Every year, in summer and winter alike, we welcome hundreds of tourists from across Italy and beyond, offering a high-quality bed and breakfast service: fine breakfast with local, typical productions; clean and comfortable rooms; transfer to and from Cagliari-Elmas airport; the use of the kitchen for a small extra fee; adrenaline packed motocross excursions along terrific itineraries.

Read about what we believe and choose your favourite room.

This is what makes Domus De Janas your ideal B&B, where the smallest detail is designed to meet the needs of those who love to travel and autonomously enjoy their time.

Hello, we are Andrea and Veronica, and Domusdejanas stems from our love for hospitality. We look forward to welcoming you to your dream holiday.

Sardinia represents my ideal lifestyle: I love nature, excursions, relaxation in beautiful beaches and enduro. In 2006, I opened the B&B Domusdejanas, where we can chat and have a glass of good wine.

Born in Tuscany and moved to Sardinia last year to have a less frenetic and more spiritual lifestyle. I believe travelling is a process of personal growth, based on sharing and dialogue. Respect for environment and love for animals are special hallmarks of my personality.
